A specialist pharmacy, not a general one
Monivea Road is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy for men’s health. We treat two conditions, hair loss and erectile dysfunction, and everything here is built around them: the consultations, the treatments we stock, and the support after your order arrives.
Every order is checked by our clinical team and dispensed by our own pharmacists. Our superintendent pharmacist is responsible for every medicine that leaves us, and our registration is on the public GPhC register for anyone to check.

Is there a charge for the consultation?
No. The consultation and the clinical review cost nothing. You pay only if a treatment is approved and you choose to order it.
How do I check you are a real pharmacy?
Search our registration number, 9012605, on the General Pharmaceutical Council register. It lists our registered premises and our superintendent pharmacist, Shaylen Patel.
Who decides whether I can have treatment?
Our clinical team, working from your consultation answers. For prescription-only medicines that is a UK-registered prescriber; for pharmacy medicines it is one of our pharmacists. They can approve, ask for more information, or decline with a clinical reason.
Why do you check my identity?
Before we dispatch your first order of a prescription-only medicine we confirm your identity with a quick secure check through Yoti. We email you a link once your treatment is approved; it takes about a minute and you only do it once.
Will you tell my GP?
Not unless you ask us to. We recommend keeping your GP informed about any private treatment, and if you’d like us to write to them, email hello@monivearoad.co.uk with your GP’s name, address and email and we’ll do it.
Where do the medicines come from?
From licensed UK wholesalers within MHRA-regulated supply, dispensed by our own pharmacy team. A patient information leaflet is included with every order.
What happens to my medical answers?
They are held as a confidential clinical record, visible only to the clinicians involved in your care and to you. We are registered with the ICO (ZB737260) and we never sell or share your data for marketing. See our privacy policy for how long we keep records.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked, and you choose at checkout: Tracked 48 for £1.99 or Tracked 24 for £3.49. You get a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Royal Mail’s 24 and 48 are their service aims, not guarantees.
How discreet is the delivery?
Plain, unbranded packaging with no pharmacy logos and no medicine names on the outside, sent tracked by Royal Mail and letterbox-friendly wherever the treatment allows.
How do I use the WELCOME30 code?
Enter WELCOME30 at checkout on your first order for 30% off. New customers only, one use per customer, and it can’t be combined with other offers.
Can I pause or cancel?
You can cancel or pause future repeat supply at any time from your account; orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled. Each repeat is reviewed by our clinical team before we dispense.
What if I get side effects?
For anything severe, such as chest pain, a sudden change in vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than four hours, call 999 or go to A&E. For anything else, stop if you are concerned and message our pharmacy team; we can advise, adjust your treatment and report it to the MHRA on your behalf. Every order includes the patient information leaflet listing what to look out for.
